Mark is the Managing Member of Bizplans CC, a business valuation company based in Fairland, Johannesburg.
Over the last 18 years, he pursued a career in asset and business finance, business start-ups, business development, and managing the sale, merger and valuation of privately held companies.
Mark participates in a broad range of business initiatives which includes business strategy, business consulting and business exit strategies.
He holds an undergraduate degree in Commerce and a Master of Business Administration from the Free State University majoring in Economics, Money and Banking, Entrepreneurship and with a concentration in Corporate Finance.
