Bizplans CC (CK 2006/214379/23) respects your privacy and processes your personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).

Information Officer. Mark Prigge is the practice’s Information Officer for POPIA and PAIA purposes. Questions about your personal information, or requests to exercise your rights, can be directed to info@bizplans.co.za.
Information we collect. We collect the information you give us — your name, email address, phone number, and details about your business — when you contact us, request a valuation quote, or download a sample report. We also collect basic website usage data through cookies (see below).
How we use your information. To respond to your enquiries and provide valuation services; to send you the sample report or referral pack you requested; to communicate with you about your valuation or related services; and to meet our professional record-keeping and legal obligations. We process this information because you have asked us to respond to you or engaged us for a valuation, and to meet our legal and professional obligations. We do not use your information for automated decision-making.
Cross-border processing. The practice is operated remotely from outside South Africa (primarily Germany, within the European Union), so your personal information may be accessed and processed outside South Africa. The EU applies data-protection law (the GDPR) that provides a level of protection substantially similar to POPIA, and we apply the same care to your information wherever it is accessed.
Sharing of information. We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties except where necessary to deliver the service you have asked for, or where required by law.
Security and retention. We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect your information. All information is exchanged securely by email and discussed by phone or video. We keep your information only as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected, and for any period required by law or by our professional record-keeping obligations.
Cookies. Our website uses cookies to function correctly and to understand how the site is used. You can control cookies through the cookie banner and your browser settings.
Direct marketing. We only send marketing communications where you have consented, and you can opt out at any time.
