These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website and the services provided by Bizplans CC (CK 2006/214379/23). Enquiries: info@bizplans.co.za.

Services. Bizplans CC provides independent business-valuation reports. All valuations are professional opinions of value based on the information supplied and the conditions at the valuation date. They are not guarantees of price or of the amount that may be realised in a transaction.

Fees and payment. A fixed-fee quote is provided after an initial discussion, scoped to your situation. Our fees are never contingent on the outcome or on any deal proceeding. Payment terms are agreed in writing before work commences.

Client information. You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide. We do not audit or independently verify that information unless expressly agreed. Our conclusions depend on the information made available to us.

Use and reliance. Each report is prepared for the specific client and the specific purpose agreed in writing. It may not be relied on by any other party, or used for any other purpose, without our prior written consent.

Intellectual property. Copyright in each report and in this website’s content remains with Bizplans CC.

Limitation of liability. Our reports are prepared for the agreed purpose only. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any decision or action taken by you or any third party on the basis of a report or of website content.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
