The practice. Bizplans CC — Registration number CK 2006/214379/23. Bizplans CC is an independent business-valuation practice that operates remotely, without a public office. All correspondence is by email and WhatsApp.

How to request access to records. Requests for access to records held by Bizplans CC must be made in writing on the prescribed PAIA request form (Form 2) and sent toinfo@bizplans.co.za. Where a prescribed fee applies, it is payable before the request is processed. We respond within the periods set out in PAIA.

Records held. Records held include client and engagement records, valuation working papers and reports, correspondence, and standard financial, tax and statutory records of the practice. Access is subject to the grounds for refusal set out in PAIA, including the protection of third-party and confidential commercial information.
